Rosa Ventures Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has activated its option agreements with New Era Minerals Investments SpA by completing the first deposit payments totaling USD $20,000. These payments secure the Polanco Porphyry Copper-Gold Project and the San Lázaro Porphyry Cu-Au (Mo) Project, both located in highly prospective copper belts of Northern Chile.

The initial deposits lock in the exclusive option rights to acquire a 100% interest in each project under the previously announced Letters of Intent. This milestone enables Rosa Ventures to finalize the establishment of its Chilean subsidiary, advance NI 43-101 technical reports in support of its planned listing, and move one step closer to becoming a publicly listed company through a reverse takeover transaction.

Under the terms of the option agreements, Rosa Ventures holds five-year exclusive options to earn 100% ownership of each project through staged payments totaling USD $2,000,000 per project and minimum exploration expenditures of USD $5,000,000 per project. Upon exercise, the vendors will retain a 1.5% Net Smelter Return royalty on each property, subject to standard buyback provisions.

Both projects benefit from prior technical work that has outlined compelling porphyry-style targets in world-class copper districts. Polanco is situated in the Paleocene Porphyry Copper belt, while San Lázaro lies in the Upper Eocene-Oligocene belt approximately 15 km south of the Collahuasi mining district.
